At Heads Up Haircutting we try our very best to remain prompt and on schedule. We value and respect your time as well as our own. Because of this, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment. We will not run over into another appointment.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment and kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give appropriate notice and/or failure to show up to an appointment will result in a $25.00 rescheduling fee.
